This award, created in memory of Arthur Oglesby, is presented to the angler who over the past year has been deemed to have displayed the following qualities and values embraced by Arthur; Having the ability to inspire and encourage others, Being courteous and considerate towards other fellow anglers and waterway users, Showing care and consideration for their catch and concern for its habitat, A strong sense of sportsmanship, Humour in the face of adversity.
