Totally Food Show - Overview
The Totally Food Show highlights the important role played by the many specialist and regional food producers in today's market place. A wealth of Regional Food Groups and other exhibitors make this an exciting, informative and 'mouth watering' area. There is also the lively Demonstration Theatre featuring a wide range of chefs in action and opportunities to taste their dishes and accompanying drinks.
Passionate, bespoke food producers, who source their ingredients from within the UK, can be found at the Local Food Market and British Food Fair. The exhibitors must fulfil certain criteria to be accepted in these areas, including the ability to supply proof of provenance.
We recommend you stop by for lunch as there will be an array of choice, including hog roast, oysters’ hot game sandwiches and the authentic Melton Mowbray Pork Pies.
