The Jubilee Working Competition for Gundogs.
This event is open to all the hunting and retrieving breeds and will take place over a super piece of ground that leans itself to test the ability of dog and handler under test situations.
Each day is being organised by local breed representatives.
Friday 25th July H P R (Hunt Point Retrieve) (Any variety)
Saturday 26th July Spaniel (Any variety)
Sunday 27th July Retriever (Any variety)
Gundogs should be of Open Test standard and registered with the Kennel Club.

Come and have a go with your own dog at any of the following events, any breed welcome. For these competitions it is not necessary to have a trained gundog - just come and have some fun!
Open: Open to all.
Novice: Neither handler nor dog to have been placed in the first three in any gundog competition.
Junior: Handler to be 16 Years or under.

The Amelia Jessel Victor Ludorum
Those who compete in all four of The CLA Have A Go events (The Scurry, The Pick-Up, The Scramble and The Dog & Gun) are eligible to be awarded the Victor Ludorum Prize. This event was originally the late Hon. Mrs Amelia Jessel’s inspiration for the ultimate in a true gundog all-rounder. This event is now dedicated to her.
