- Motor homes, horseboxes, caravans, and tents are all welcome.
- Electric hook-ups are available in one area of the campsite. Please note that for reasons of noise and for health and safety Petrol / Diesel generators are not allowed on site. The only generators permitted within the show site are special silent units provided by The CLA Game Fair's official electrical contractor - please see Terms and Conditions for full details.
- Water standpipes are located at regular intervals around the site.
- Pitches are 10 metres by 10 metres in size. All your vehicles, caravans, tents and equipment must fit safely onto this area.
- New arrivals will not be admitted to the campsite between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00. This is for safety reasons. However, there will be a holding area for those arriving after 22:00 hours. We strongly recommend avoiding arrival between 17.00 and 18.30 as many vehicles will be leaving the site at this time and there maybe delays.
- One Night Bookings
Pitches cannot be guaranteed to be available until 12 noon and must be vacated by 12 noon the following day, since it may well be used by another visitor that night. - Thursday & Friday Night Bookings
Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on the Saturday, since it may well be used by another visitor that night. - Sunday Night
Those not prebooked for Sunday night but who remain on their pitch after 20.00 hours will be deemend to be staying on for the night and charged an extra days fee. - All caravan / campers must have vacated the site by 12 noon on Monday 26 July. Showers / electric hook ups will be disconnected by 12 noon on Monday 26 July.

Tickets & Programmes
Those booking a caravan / campsite pitch are entitled to a preferential rate on family, adult and junior tickets booked in advance via the pitch booking form. Please note that the cost on Friday is more than over the weekend. Show programmes can be purchased from the caravan / campsite office on arrival.

Pitch Costs
By popular demand and to help reduce waiting times on the Thursday we shall be opening the Campsite at 14.00 hours on Wednesday 21 July. There will be a stand alone charge of £10.00 for the Wednesday night.
