By Coach
Coaches run extremely regularly from Victoria Coach station (London) to Gloucester Green (Oxford). A No. 20 bus runs from Gloucester Green to Woodstock.
By Bus
The No. 20 to Woodstock runs from Oxford Train Station and Gloucester Green Coach Station to the gates of Blenheim Palace on Hensington Road in Woodstock. Please ask the bus driver to identify the appropriate stop. The bus runs every 30 minutes.
By Car
In order to assist traffic flow the following routes have been agreed with all traffic authorities. Putting these plans together have necessitated variation from normal traffic routes therefore following sat navs or Ordinance Survey maps may lead to closed roads or diversion signs. Visitors are kindly requested to follow these plans each of which have back up routes should they be necessary at any peak time.

• The signs will lead you to the most convenient Car Park
• Caravan / Camping Park please follow separate route map.
Traffic from North West via M40
• Various alternatives off M40.
• Look out for direction signs at M40 Junctions 15, 11, 10 & 9.
Traffic from South – M4
• Leave M4 Junction 13 & Go north up A34
• Left onto A44 unless signs direct you onto alternative routes prior to A44 roundabout.
Traffic from North and East Via M1
• To M1 junction 15a and then A43 to M40
• At M40 Junction 10 follow signs
Traffic from West A40 / A4095
• East on A40 then onto A4095 (follow signs)
• At Long Hanborough follow AA signs into Car Park.
Traffic from West A44 – Evesham / Chipping Norton
• South down A44
• Before Woodstock follow AA signs into Car Park
Traffic from South East – M4
• Leave M4 Junction 13 then north up A34 OR
• North up M40 to Junction 8A or 9 and follow AA signs
By Air

Thanks to Oxford Kidlington Airport we have secured a dedicated parking area for fixed and rotary wing arrivals with passengers for The Game Fair in the North West corner of the airfield, which will be established and mown especially for the event.

There is limited fuel availability on the North side for visitors. Subject to availability, bowsers may be able to position to the parking area, otherwise, aircraft will need to re-position to South Side to refuel. Fuel, landing fees and the shuttle car fees will be payable to the Head of Air Operations on behalf of The CLA Game Fair upon landing.
Pre booking is essential for both parking and the shuttle cars and we would ask you to e mail andrew@dentcomm.net to obtain directions to the parking area and ensure a slot.
Arriving pilots will still need to obtain PPR from Oxford Airport Operations – please call them on 01865 290660.
A Shuttle car service will be available from the landing strip to very close to the entrance of The CLA Game Fair for a fee.
