Event Mobility Charitable Trust will be providing powered wheelchairs and electric scooters for use by disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors to the show.
The charity requests a donation of £17 for use of an electric scooter and £10 for a manual wheelchair for the day.
The charity operates entirely from the generosity of donations and any contribution would be greatly appreciated.

| Bus | A bus service will operate around the site with numerous stopping points. |
| Cash Points | The Royal Bank of Scotland will provide a conveniently located cash point within the show. A cash point will also be adjacent both entrances. |
| Catering | A wide range of bar and catering facilities are available including a selection of bars, food courts, champagne and seafood bars. Breakfast will be available from an early hour. |
| Children's Creche | Children (2 -8) years may be left for up to 2 hours in this well equipped facility in the hands of qualified staff. |
| Children's Wristbands | Are available from all entrances and the Information Centre. |
| Dog Creche | Experienced qualified staff with fully equiped facilities provided by Samsalin Dog Rescue, will look after your dog while you look around the show. Stand M1446. |
| First Aid | There will be a first aid centre situated next to the organisers office. |
| Gun Store | There will be gun staorage facilities beide the clayline booking centre. Opening hours are 09.00 to 17.00. Guns must be collected by 18.00 hours each day unless leaving overnight when night storage fees will apply. Guns must be collected by 18.00 hours Sunday. |
| Meeting Point | The Meeting Point will be clearly situated by the Information Stand in the centre of the show. |
| Shop | The Game Fair shop will stock various useful miscellaneous items including sun cream, Asprin etc. |
| Shop and Drop | There will be a shop and drop facility available. This is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Woodstock. |
| Veterinary | There will be a veterinary surgeon available throughout the show who can be contacted through the organisers office or Gundog Control. |
